Required Verification Documents
1. Identity Verification
A scanned copy of the Authorized Representative's Aadhaar Card (front and back).
2. Financial Verification
A scanned copy of the Representative's PAN Card.
3. Letter of Permission
A letter on the organization's official letterhead, stamped and signed by the board, authorizing the representative.
4. Matching Requirements
Names on the Aadhaar, PAN, and Letter of Permission must strictly match.
